Spring 2011 Means More Veggies
We're planting potatos, says Foster Fogarty. In fact, Texas A&M University agricultural researchers are going to start a research project on potatos at Family Farms. We are going to plant the potatos two different ways. Then Texas A&M will measure the difference.
"They will bring out a sign soon," he said. "We grow four kinds of potatoes including the read potatos that fry up delicious," Foster said.
